Marshall Colt is a widely-respected, fellowship-trained, applied behavioral scientist and award-winning consultant. Degreed in physics, telecommunications (cert.), and psychology, he's enjoyed over twenty years coaching individuals and organizations, internationally. A combat-decorated, former Navy Captain, he was second-in-command of a warship, studied joint operations at the Naval War College, and was on the adjunct faculty of the National Defense University. He's led three companies and taught communication skills at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He solely owns and founded CPM in 1996, a California DVBE management consulting firm.
