Marshall Colt is a widely-respected,
fellowship-trained, applied behavioral scientist and award-winning
consultant. Degreed in physics, telecommunications
(cert.) and psychology,
he's enjoyed over twenty years
coaching individuals and
organizations,
internationally.
A combat-decorated,
former Navy Captain, he was second-in-command of a warship, studied joint
operations at the Naval War College and was on the adjunct faculty of the
National Defense University. He's led three companies
and taught communication skills at the
University of Colorado Medical School.

Jason Selk, M.Ed., LPC, NCC is the
Director and Owner of Enhanced Performance, Inc. In addition Jason is the
Sport Psychology Consultant for the St Louis Cardinals and the St Louis
Rams. He has professionally trained and collaborated with the top sport
psychologists, coaches and athletes in the world. Jason has obtained
extensive experience in many areas of Counseling and Sport Psychology, which
