  Minimum of 3 years experience in business development with a Bachelors degree or better.  Polished professional appearance and demeanor a must.  Experience in management consulting a plus.  Located in San Diego or Denver particularly desired.

• Executive Coaching Expert
  Minimum 5 years in our field or a related industry with a Doctoral degree.  Superior cognitive and emotional intelligence with the ability to accurately read people and enhance their performance a must.  Real-world business experience a necessity.  MBA a plus.  Foreign language(s) fluency a plus.  Business proposal preparation experience a plus (please send a sanitized example, if possible).  Located in Amsterdam, Atlanta, Baltimore, Copenhagen or Washington, DC particularly desired.
